Terms of Entry

TF3 Trifecta Solutions Pty Ltd · ACN 669 774 547 · DRAFT — not yet in effect

1. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement. TF3 may require proof of age before a prize is awarded, and may refuse or withdraw a prize if age cannot be confirmed.

[Paskal: residency/geographic restrictions, entry and close dates, any other eligibility conditions.]

2. How to Enter

[Scaffold: registration (email + nickname + age confirmation + consents), one play per campaign day via the game or the accessible trivia form, catch-up play for missed days, and Artifact codes. Paskal to confirm final wording and dates once the four Artifact dates are set.]

3. Fair Play and Disqualification

TF3 can't always tell a script from a person. We reserve the right to review entries — particularly high-scoring entries — before prizes are awarded, and to disqualify any entry we reasonably believe was made by automated means or with outside assistance, at TF3's sole discretion.

4. Prizes

[Paskal: prize description and value, number of winners, how winners are determined and notified, and how prizes are delivered.]

5. Changes to These Terms

[Paskal/legal: standard variation clause — TF3's right to amend these terms and how changes are notified.]
