Incorporated in Victoria. Three-pillar model established. Partnerships formed with AcaciaSoft (technical development) and Downtime Digital Inc.
2024
Planet Zero Waste partnership
Strategic alignment with Planet Zero Waste for circular economy and waste reduction technology under Pillar 3.
2025
